11/11/2013

The British Independent Film Awards announced today Chloe Pirrie's nomination for Most Promising Newcomer for her work in Scott Graham's debut Shell

The film, named after Chloe's character, tells the story of a 17-year-old woman who lives and works at a petrol station in the desolate Scottish Highlands.

Chloe had already been nominated for Best British Newcomer for her performance in Shell at the 2012 BFI London Film Festival, where the film was nominated for the Sutherland Award and Scott Graham also for the Best British Newcomer Award.

The British Independent Film Awards will take place in Central London on the 8th December 2013.

We wish Chloe the best of luck!

Shell is available on DVD and Blu-ray.
